Fourdrinier Multi-Cylinder Corrugated Paper Machine Operation Process

1. Pulp Input: The pulp is evenly distributed through the hydraulic headbox.

2. Forming: Within the 21-meter-fourdrinier section, the pulp is dewatered to form wet paper.

3. Pressing: Further dehydration is achieved using a large Ø1500mm press.

4. Drying: The paper is thoroughly dried after being heated by multiple Ø1800mm drying cylinders.

5. Rolling: Finally, the finished paper roll is wound up using a roll winding machine.
