Leizhan built the 4800mm double-wire multi-cylinder cartonboard machine for mills that can’t afford to slow down. With a 4800mm net paper width and a design speed of 1050m/min, this line turns pulp into sellable cartonboard faster than most conventional setups on the floor today.
The double-wire forming section is where it starts. Two forming fabrics working in parallel give the stock more time to drain, which means better formation, fewer pinholes, and a more uniform basis weight across the full 4800mm web. Downstream, the multi-cylinder drying group handles the heavy lifting. Heat transfer is distributed evenly, so you don’t get the brittle edges or soft centers that plague single-tier dryers when you push speed.
