According to customer’s requirements, our engineer developed 4200mm fluting paper mchine proposal. The 4200mm fluting paper machine consists of wire part, press part, drying part and reeling part, etc.
Wire part use double wire(headbox with dilution water) – Φ700 vacuum suction transfer – four roll three press – the drying part consists of 25 sets of Φ1800 drying cylinders / 7 sets of Φ1500 Vac cylinders. The drying cylinders are arranged as 1+3/3+4/4+8+sizing machine+air diverter+1+8 – calender – B/M meter – roller-type cylindrical paper rewinder.
