The vibrating screen is mainly composed of a screen frame, a vibration system, a vibration reduction device, a slurry tank, etc. The vibration of the screen frame is achieved by two eccentric wheels mounted on the main shaft. The main shaft is connected to the motor by a flexible coupling, the screen frame is supported by springs, and the knot design is simple.
Vibrating screen slurry flows from the slurry inlet box into the screen frame, and coarse impurities in the slurry are screened out through high-frequency vibration of the screen frame. The good pulp enters the pulp tank through the screen plate and is discharged from the pulp outlet, while coarse impurities are discharged from the end of the screen frame.
