The main purpose of the pulp screening process is screen out the unwanted/ undesirable material in the fibrous pulp suspension, with minimum fibre loss. Screening system can also include reject treatment to process impurities into usable form.

  • Mid-consistency screen (2.5%-4%) reduce the water and energy consumption during the productive process, SMALLER SCREEN AREA compare to equivalent productivity, low investment and maintenance cost.
  • Equipped with automatic oil injection and mechanical seal water flow monitoring device, reserve DCS interface (bearing temperature, vibration detection), high automation degree.
  • Less consistency increased in screening part, high screening efficiency, and long screen basket service life.
