The pulp egg tray is made of recycled paper pulp by molding machine. Because of its simple manufacturing process, low cost and no environmental pollution, it is called “green” packaging. Because of its simple production process and high market demand, it has become a business choice for many customers. The Malaysian customer ordered pulper equipment, fiber screening machine and cleaner machine.
D type hydrapulper: breaking waste paper, the wate paper and water pulping forming slurry.
Reject separator: remove light impurities in the slurry.
Single-effect Fiber separator: secondary breaking and screening of waster paper pulp, separating the light and heavy impurities from the pulp.
Pulp chest agitator: stir pulp cyclically in chest to maintain the pulp liquid in suspending condition.
