In September, 2017, Leizhan once again delivered the corrugated paper making machine to our Nigeria customer, who set up a new 500tpd corrugated paper making project.

Corrugated Paper Production Line

The corrugated paper production line is mainly used to produce corrugated and t-paper, and the production capacity is 150tpd. Leizhan provide the complete pulping line, which includes Chain Conveyor conveying, paper pulping system, High/Medium/Low Density Cleaner cleaning system, coarse screening system, fiber fractionating system, fine screening system, pulp flow system before wire and all paper pulp agitators.

Deliver Twice to Nigeria Paper Mill

Now, Leizhan has delivered twice to Nigeria Nixin Paper Mill Nigeria Limited. First time the delivered equipment is Chain Conveyor and some other accessories for paper machinery installation. And this time delivery contains D-type Hydrapulper, Reject Separator, Chest Agitator, High Density Cleaner and other parts.
