Hebei Mancheng Aojie Paper Mill is a company specialized in toilet paper making, and their new tissue/toilet paper making project production capacity is 40t/d. Recently, Leizhan factory delivered the toilet paper machine to the paper production line, includes: Mid Consistency Hydrapulper, pulp Agitator, Inflow Pressure Screen, etc.
Mid Consistency Hydrapulper applies to break commercial wood pulp, then the paper mill can manufacture toilet paper, tissue paper, napkin paper, kitchen paper and other living paper.
Feature of the Hydrapulper:
Contact with pulp part is made of stainless steel; pulp consistency can reach 5%-8%; energy-saving S type rotor, etc.
Inflow Pressure Screen belongs to the pulp approach flow system, which is used before headbox or cylinder mould to flow slurry. Using the screening equipment, we can get more homogenate pulp, then get higher quality paper.
