A customer from Armenia set 200tpd packaging paper making project. Recycling waste paper to produce paper pulp, after a series of screening, cleaning and refining machine, paper pulp flows into paper machine to make final packaging paper.
D type continuous pulping system: remove impurities in the paper pulp, reduce the burden of following equipment.
Drum pulper: continuous gentle pulping and coarse screening of waste paper under high consistency.
High Density Cleaner: remove all kinds of heavy impurities in paper pulp.
Flotation Deinking Machine: to deink recycled pulp, remove the ink, light impurities and stickies, etc.
Agitator: stir pulp cyclically in chest to maintain the pulp liquid in suspending condition, ensure the pulp components even distrubution.
Inflow Pressure Screen: make the paste uniform
