In July, 2017, Leizhan delivered 1㎡ Inflow Pressure Screen and 10m³ D type hydrapulper to our India customer’s testliner paper mill. Recently, our India customer send us some pictures of the Inflow Pressure Screen working, and give high recognition to the paper machine screening equipment.
Inflow pressure screen(also called headbox screen, IntegraGuard) is the screening machine for the approach flow system, where it is particularly important to prevent pulsations, deposits and stringings because they can cause sheet breaks. As a more advanced Screening System, the headbox screen is suitable as fine screening equipment of the wood pulp, straw pulps and waste paper pulps, particularly is suitable as the pre-net screening equipment of paper-making machine.
